改良金黄膏外敷配合胫骨结节骨牵引治疗高龄老年患者髋部骨折的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察改良金黄膏外敷配合胫骨结节骨牵引治疗高龄老年患者髋部骨折的疗效。方法 27例髋部骨折患者给予金黄膏外敷配合胫骨结节持续骨牵引治疗,对治疗前后疗效进行回顾性分析。结果治疗前后临床症状积分观察,所有病例随访3～6个月,优13例,良9例,中3例,差2例,总有效率为81.5%(22/27)。结论金黄膏外敷配合胫骨结节骨牵引治疗高龄老年患者髋部骨折具有起效快、疗程短、费用低等特点,治疗急性损伤早期既有确切的疗效,又具有操作简便等特点,值得临床推广。Objective The medium west which inquiries into advanced age an old-age sufferer a Kuan department bone fracture combines a treatment method.Methods Give 226 Kuan department bone fracture sufferers golden the cream external application match shin knot stanza keep on the bone lead a treatment,to observation treatment in front and back the curative effect carry on looking back sex analysis.Results Treatment in front and back clinical symptom integral calculus observation,all cases with visit for 3～6 months,Show effect 181,valid 32,invalid 13,efficient is 94.2%.Conclusion Golden cream external application match shin knot the stanza bone lead treatment advanced age old-age sufferer Kuan department the bone fracture start to have an effect quickly and treat a distance short,the expenses is low to wait a characteristics and cure impatient hurt in early days current and accurate and affirmative curative effect,and then had to operate simple etc.characteristics,clinical worthy of expansion.
