微创系统横突间入路治疗极外侧椎间盘突出症11例

摘　　要：目的探讨借助可扩张通道管脊柱微创系统,横突间入路治疗极外侧腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法所有11例病例采用横突间入路,借助可扩张通道管脊柱微创系统完成神经根的探查、松解和髓核的摘除。结果术后神经根压迫症状和体征改善明显,优良率为91%(10/11)。随访6个月至2年,未见腰椎不稳定表现和神经根损伤等并发症。结论借助可扩张通道管脊柱微创系统,采用横突间入路治疗极外侧椎间盘突出症与常规手术相比临床疗效确切,具有创伤小、不累及椎管、不影响脊柱的稳定性等优势。Objective To explore the clinical value and advantage of the treatment in far lateral lumbar disc herniation with transverse approach by METRx QuadrantTM System.Methods All cases were performed transverse approach to have through root exploration,direct decompression and remove nucleus gelations by METRx QuadrantTM System.Results The symptoms and signs of exiting root compression were significant relives after operation.The overall improvement ratio was 91%.The mean follow-up period was ranging from 6 months to 2 years.The postoperative complications included lumbar spinal instability and nerve root injury were not detected.Conclusion The treatment with transverse approach by METRx QuadrantTM System has definite clinical effect and advantages,with little trauma not involve vertebral tube and no impact on spinal stability.
