摘　　要：目的总结并分析支撑显微喉镜下小微瓣技术治疗56例声带囊肿的手术方法和疗效。方法对2006年1月至2010年1月厦门市第二医院耳鼻咽喉科收治的56例声带囊肿患者行支撑显微喉镜下小微瓣技术手术治疗。结果 56例中治愈50例,占89.3%,好转6例,占10.7%;总有效率为100%。术中无声带损伤等并发症,术后嗓音恢复满意。结论支撑显微喉镜下小微瓣技术治疗声带囊肿是符合微创原则、能获得良好疗效的手术方法。Objective To analyze the efficacy of mini micro-flap surgical techniques under microlaryngoscopy in the treatment of vocal cord cyst.Methods Medical treatments with mini micro-flap surgery under microlaryngoscopy of 56 patients in beds with vocal cord cyst in Otolaryngology Department of between January 2006 and January 2010.Results 50 patients were cured,accounted for 90.9%;6 patients were improved,accounted for 9.1%,and the total efficiency was 100%.The progress in surgery caused no vocal cord injury and complications.Postoperative recovery of patients with voice problem was satisfactory.Conclusion Mini micro-flap surgical treatment under microlaryngoscopy in the treatment of vocal cord cyst is in line with the principle of using minimally invasive in priority,and it＇s a good way to access good effect in the surgical method.
