加强思想政治工作是强化医院管理的有效途径

摘　　要：思想政治工作是党的优良传统和政治优势。新形势下,医院思想政治工作是强化医院管理的有效途径。思想政治工作具有复杂性,认识上存在误区,如模糊论、取代论、放弃论;工作误区主要体现在淡化反倾向性斗争上,需要运用思想政治工作引导人们把握方向;二是不重视管理,只重视"保障"和"服务",不利形成医院合力。创新是医院发展的主题,也是思想政治工作的原动力,增强创新意识,才能使思想政治工作在医教研管理中保持优势和活力。创新形式要寓教于乐,思想政治工作的创新要以医院文化为载体,以院庆九十周年为契机,深入发掘文化底蕴的同时,丰富医院文化内涵。医院思想政治工作还要根据不同时期要求,针对新情况解决新问题,与时俱进,推动医院思想政治工作理论与实践的不断深化。Ideological and political work is the Party＇s fine traditions and political advantage.At the new situation,the hospital ideological and political work is an effective way to strengthen hospital management.There are misunderstandings in complex ideological and political work,such as fuzzy theory,replacing theory,giving up theory;the work errors are mainly reflected in diluting fight against bias,the need to use ideological and political work and guide people to take direction;second is making little of management,only focus on the ＂protection＂ and ＂service＂,disbenefit in shaping hospital force.Innovation is the theme of development of the hospital,but also is the driving force for ideological and political work.Enhancing awareness of innovation,the ideological and political work in the medical teaching and research management can maintain strength and vitality.Innovative forms is to be entertaining,ideological and political work of the Innovation of the hospital culture as the carrier,Anniversary 90 as an opportunity to explore in depth of culture,rich cultural connotation of the hospital.Ideological and political work in hospitals is also according to different times required for new situations solve new problems,with the times,promote the hospital ideological and political work theory and practice continued to deepen.
