洁芙柔泰新与葡泰牌外科手消毒效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察洁芙柔泰新和葡泰牌两种手消毒剂的临床应用效果。方法将被检对象65人随机分为两组,即洁芙柔泰新消毒组(n=30)和葡泰牌外科手消毒凝胶消毒组(n=35);洗手、手消毒方法和采样与检测方法分别按照卫生部《消毒技术规范》WS/T313-20097.2、7.3和8.2附录B进行;观察指标:分别观察两组消毒剂的杀灭率、消毒合格率、抑菌率副作用和成本与效益。结果两组消毒前后分别比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组间消毒后各观察指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组副作用和成本效益比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论洁芙柔泰新和葡泰牌两种手消毒剂消毒效果良好,其杀菌率、合格率均达卫生部"手卫生规范"要求指标,两组比较各有优缺点。Objective To observe the efficacy of surgical hand-disinfectants ＂Jiefuroutaixin＂ and ＂Pputaipai＂ in clinical appliciation.Methods 65 people were randomly divided into two groups,＂Jiefuroutaixin＂（n=30） and ＂Pputaipai＂（n=35）,Hand-washing,hand disinfection and sampling and testing methods were carried out according to ＂Disinfection technical specifications＂ WS/T313-2009 7.2,7.3 and 8.2 in Appendix B made by the Ministry of Health;the rate of disinfection pass rate,inhibitory rate of side effects and costs and benefits between two groups were observed retrospectively.Results The difference were statistically significant（P 0.05） in the disinfection efficacy of Two groups before and after disinfection;the difference were not significant（P 0.05） between the index of the two groups after disinfection;the difference were statistically significant（P0.05） in the two side-effects and cost-effectiveness.Conclusion ＂Jiefuroutaixin＂ and ＂Pputaipai＂ also have good disinfection efficacy,but the two groups have their own advantages and disadvantages.
