摘　　要：卡泊芬净是一种由Glarea lozovensis发酵产物纽莫康定B_0经半合成而来的环六肽化合物,是一种棘白霉素类抗真菌药物,可用于治疗对其它抗真菌药物治疗反应不佳的念珠菌引起的感染,介绍了卡泊芬净的临床应用及化学合成方法。Caspofungin is a cyclohexapeptide compounds that is prepared by the method of half-synthesis using Pneumocandin B,, which of the Glarea lozovensis fermented production .It ＇ s the first kind of antifungal agents of thorn albomycin class and used to treat the infections caused by Candida.To introduce the clinical application of caspofungin and itschemical synthetic methods.
