摘  要:利用改良的Baker-Venkatarma重排法,以间苯二酚为原料,经过酰化、重排、缩合三步反应合成了7-羟基黄酮。由于第二、三步时间反应时间很长,反应速率慢,考虑在微波辐射下进行反应,以期在产率不降低的前提下缩短反应时间。结果表明,在微波的辐射下,第二、三步的时间大大地缩短了,而产率也略有提高。7 - hydroxylflavone was synthesized starting from resorcinol in a there - step reaction - acylation reaction, rearrangement reaction and condensation reaction - in the improved Baker - Venkatarma rearrangement synthetic method of flavones. Because it need too much time to perform the second and third steps of the synthetic route, to save time but not reduce the yield of the reaction when the reaction conducted under the microwave irradiation was expected. The results indicated that the time was much shorter when the reaction conducted under the microwave irradiation than traditional organic synthetic method, even its yield increased a little.
