摘　　要：报纸是一种形式普及、内容广泛、报道及时的信息资源,是研究某一地区、某一国家,特定历史时期社会状态不可或缺的文献资料。对报纸实行人文管理不仅仅是高校图书馆提高自身水平的要求,也是报纸自身特点的要求,更是满足广大师生对信息收集的要求。如何针对性地满足读者的各种信息需求,加大对报纸人文管理和利用,是高校图书馆最根本的职责。The newspaper is a kind of information resources with a popular form,wide-ranging coverage and report in time.It is a kind of very important,valuable and indispensable literature to study a social status of a particular region or a country in specific historical period,,which must be owned by library collection.Implementation of humanistic management of the newspaper not only can be the requirements of improving their own level of university libraries,but also the requirements of the newspaper＇s characteristics and meeting the requirements for information collection of the teachers＇ and students＇.How to meet the specific needs of readers to all kinds of information and increase the humanistic management and utilization of the newspaper are the most fundamental responsibilities of university libraries.
