摘　　要：针对长期以来农村图书馆建设与发展的难题,通过改变农村图书馆的运行机制,建立公共图书馆农村分馆的方法,提供发展所必需的经费、管理、技术保障,从而保证农村分馆的规范化运行。在此基础上,做好农村居民的技能培训及咨询服务工作,最终实现图书馆城乡信息服务一体化的发展战略。This paper aims at the construction and development problems of rural libraries for a long time,through the method of changing the operational mechanisms and establishing public library rural branch,provides funds,management,technical support for the development,sequentially ensuring the standardization operation of rural branch.On this basis,libraries should do well the skills training and consulting service for rural residents,so as to implement the development strategy of library information service integration of urban and rural areas finally.
