摘 要:研究了含氮、铌和稀土的Fe-Cr-Ni耐热钢的力学性能和高温特性。结果表明,0.14%N、0.08%RE、0.15%Nb、23%_30%Cr和11%_16%Ni材料经1100℃水淬,1000℃时效热处理,在本试验条件下,具有最佳的综合性能;该材料1000℃时的抗氧化性与40Cr25Ni20相当,优于35Cr18Ni25Si2等常用耐热钢。用它制造的火电厂锅炉燃烧器喷咀,寿命为ZG30Cr22Ni4Mn7Si2RE钢的3.5倍。Abstract The mechanical properties and high temperature characteristics of Fe Cr Ni heat resistant steels containing nitrogen, niobium and rare earth element are studied. The results show that the comprehensive properties of the material containing 0.14%N, 0.08%RE, 0.15%Nb, 23%_30%Cr, 11%_16%Ni and heat treated by 1100℃ water quenching and 1000℃ ageing are the best of all steels developed in the present paper. The oxidation resistance of the above mentioned material at 1000℃ is similar to 40Cr25Ni20 and higher than that oftraditional heat resistant steels such as 35Cr18Ni25Si2 steel ect. The service life of the coal powder spraying nozzles (made of the test material) of boilers at power station is 3.5 times as high as that of 30Cr22Ni4Mn7Si2RE steel.
