摘　　要：ＨＤ－ ７５Ａ 型消毒柜容积７５ Ｌ，分上、中、下３ 层。以远红外线加热３０ ｍｉｎ，柜内温度达１５２ ～２１６ ℃，再降回室温需２７５ ｍｉｎ。该过程对柜内各层玻璃片上大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭率均为１００ ％ ，对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞杀灭率为９９－９１ ％ ～９９－９５ ％ ，可将不锈钢片上ＨＢｓＡｇ 抗原性完全破坏。HD-75A-Type Disinfector has a capacity of 75 L and 3 shelves inside, i e upper, middle and lower Heating with far infrared rays for 30 min can raise the temperature inside the disinfector to 152～216℃ and 275 min is required for the temperature dereasing to room temperature This process killed 100% of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus and 99 91%～99 95% of spores of Bacillus subtilis var niger on glass slide located on various shelves, and destroyed completely the antigenicity of HBsAg on stainless steel coupon
