二种腺嘌呤衍生物抑菌效果检测

摘　　要：本教研室合成９ － （ 乙醛缩氨基硫脲） 腺嘌呤与９ － （２ ，２ － 二氧基乙基） 腺嘌呤。经用其０－０５ ％ 浓度溶液进行抑菌效果检测，含乙醛缩氨基硫脲侧链的腺嘌呤，对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌圈直径≥１８－４ｍ ｍ ，最低抑菌浓度≤０－０１６７％ ；对枯草杆菌黑色变种两者分别为８－６ ｍ ｍ 与０－０４１７ ％ 。含二氧基乙基侧链腺嘌呤仅对大肠杆菌与金黄色葡萄球菌有抑菌作用，抑菌圈直径分别为１５－６ ｍ ｍ 与１５－２ ｍ ｍ ，最低抑菌浓度分别为０－０３３３ ％ 与０－０４１７ ％ 。acetaldehyde semicarbazone) adenine and 9-(2,2-diethoxy ethyl) adenine were synthesized in this department Examination of bacteriostatic efficacy of their 0 05% solutions showed that the adenine containing acetaldehyde semicarbazone side chain gave a bacteriostatic zone of ≥18 4 mm in diameter for Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus and the minimal bacteriostatic concentration was ≤0 0167%, those for Bacillus subtilis var niger were 8 6 mm and 0 0417% respectively The adenine containing diethoxy ethyl side chain only showed bacteriostatic effect on E coli and S aureus with the diameter of bacteriostatic zone being 15 6 mm and 15 2 mm respectively and minimal bacteriostatic concentration being 0 0333% and 0 0417% respectively
