摘　　要：本文简单介绍了串联式磨盘螺杆挤出机的结构特点,将新一代机型的挤出系统,加热冷却系统进行了阐述。通过实验方法对混合性能及混炼质量的影响因素进行了对比和研究,最终总结出有利于提高混炼质量的有效方法和方案。This paper introduced structural characteristics of the series disc-screw extruder, described extruding system, heating and cooling system of new generation of series disc extruder. Influence factors of mixed performance and mixing quality were compared and studied by experiments, and ultimately summarized effective methods and programs that favored improvement of the mixing quality.
