摘　　要：用影响系数法计算PC轧机的辊系变形,综合考虑了工作辊的偏移以及轧辊垂直、水平两个方向上的位移。采用条元变分法求解前后张力分布值、SIMS公式计算轧制压力,建立了较为完整的PC轧机轧制数学模型。利用模型对PC轧机交叉角的控制性能进行了分析,为实际生产中更加合理的设定和分配交叉角提供理论指导。With comprehensive analysis to shift of working roll and displacements in both directions of vertical and horizontal of rolling roll,the roll system deformation of PC rolling mill is calculated with influence coefficient method.The tension distribution both in front and at the back of roll is found out with strip element calculus of variations,rolling pressure calculated with SIMS formula,and relative complete rolling mathematics model of PC rolling mill built.With the model the intersect angle control performance of PC rolling mill is analyzed.
