北京地区全科医生对抑郁症的培训需求及对策研究

摘　　要：目的了解全科医生对抑郁问题认知情况及其培训需求,为全科医学培训工作提供可参考依据。方法随机选取在北京市社区卫生协会全科医生培训班8次培训中的1次的全部全科医生进行问卷调查。结果在239名医生中,能够正确选择出抑郁症状的有42人(17.57%),正确选择用于抑郁症筛检方法的有30人(12.55%),对抑郁治疗原则回答正确的有71人(29.71%)。239人中,仅有37人(15.48%)认为其曾开展过精神卫生服务;有84.52%的医生认为缺乏抑郁症诊断和治疗的知识、技能;90%以上的全科医生均表示愿意接受精神/心理卫生方面的培训。结论全科医生对抑郁问题的识别能力较差,在全科医生的培训项目中应加强社区常见精神/心理问题的知识和筛检技能培训力度。Objective To understand the general practitioners＇ cognitive status of depression and demand for training on depression so as to provide reference for general practice training program design. Methods Purpose sampling was used to select general practitioners from one of the eight general practice training classes in Beijing. Anonymous self - administrated questionnaire survey was conducted among them. Results Among the 239 general practitioners 42 （ 17.57% ） could correctly select the symptoms of depression, 30 （12. 55% ） could correctly select the screening methods of depression, and 71 （29. 71% ） could correctly answer the therapeutic principles of depression. Only 37 （ 15.48% ） had carried the psychological health services. There were 84. 52% of the practitioners believed they are lack of knowledge and skills on diagnosis and treatment of depression ; and more than 90% expressed their willing to receive the training on psychiatric/mental training. Conclusion The capability of mental health problem recognition of general practitioners in Beijing needs to be improved. The knowledge and screening skills related to common mental health in community should be strengthened in the training program for general practitioners.
