摘　　要：社区卫生诊断是社区卫生服务工作者必须掌握的技术之一,开展科学严谨、周期进行的社区卫生诊断工作,不仅能逐步解决社区主要卫生问题,不断提高居民健康水平和生活质量,还能为有关社区卫生的科研提供宝贵的资料。为了帮助社区卫生服务者方便进行社区诊断工作,本研究对社区卫生诊断的实施步骤进行了详细的阐述,它包括设计与准备、收集健康相关资料、资料核实与录入、分析相关数据、确定主要卫生问题和优先解决的项目、撰写社区卫生诊断报告以及制定社区卫生服务工作规划等七个步骤,并对每个步骤具体实施的细节进行了较全面、深入的探讨。Community health assessment is one of the skills that community health service workers should master. A strictly and periodically proceeding community health assessment can gradually solve the main problems of the community so as to constantly improve the health level and quality of life of community residents, but also provide adequate information for relating studies of community health work. In order to help community health service workers conduct this work conveniently, in this article the detailed steps on how to conduct community health assessment are described, including design and preparation, collection of community＇s health data, data checking and entry, statistic analysis of community＇s health, finding out the critical health issues and determining the priority to be solved, creating a report of community health assessment and developing the working plan for the community health service. And the concretely implementing details of every step are also comprehensively and deeply ex- pounded.
