摘　　要：目的提高社区卫生服务机构医疗设备管理的效益和水平。方法对北京交通大学社区卫生服务中心现有医疗设备的使用情况和相关账目的分析以及实物的盘点,分析社区卫生服务机构医疗设备管理的现状和问题,同时提出解决的方法。结果社区卫生服务机构的设备使用率较高,但在管理方面存在一定的问题和不同程度的浪费现象。结论一定的医疗设备是社区卫生服务机构的必备条件之一,只有加强设备的科学管理,提高运行效益,才能使社区卫生服务机构做到可持续发展。Objective To improvid the level and benefits of equipment management in community health service institutions. Methods Through analysis of usage, related accounts and physical inventory of medical equipment extant in community health service center of Beijing Jiaotong University to find out the current situation and problems of medical equipment management and put forward effective solutions as well. Results The usage rate of equipment was higher in community health service institutions, but some problems and waste phenomena of different degrees existed in management. Conclusion A certain amount of medical equipment is one of the necessary conditions for medical treatment in community health service institutions. Only the sci- entific management of equipment is strengthened and operational efficiency is improved, could community health service institutions be sustainably developed.
