社区护士角色功能的初步研究

摘　　要：目的确定重庆市社区护士的角色及功能,促进社区卫生服务的持续深入开展,满足社区居民的护理服务需求。方法采用Delphi法进行2轮专家咨询。结果 2轮专家咨询的应答率分别为91.3%、100%,专家的权威系数为0.876,总体协调系数为0.301(P<0.001)。形成了由5项一级指标、46项二级指标组成的社区护士角色功能。结论专家合作程度及权威程度高,专家意见协调性较好,所形成的角色为健康照顾者、健康教育与咨询者、管理者与组织者、合作者与协调者以及观察者与研究者,突出了社区卫生服务"六位一体"的功能,符合社区护士实际工作的现实需求。Objective To determine the roles and functions of community nurses in Chongqing, so as to conduct community health services further, and satisfy the need for care of community residents. Methods Nursing experts were consulted twice by Delphi technique. Results The response rates of these two rounds experts consultations were 91.3% and 100%. The authority coefficient of the experts was 0. 876, the Kendall concordance coefficient of total indexes was O. 301 （P 〈 0. 001 ）. The roles and functions comprising 5 first - class indicators and 46 second - class indicators were set up. Conclusion The cooperation and authority of the experts were at a high level, and their opinions were well concordant. The roles was comprised by health caregivers, health educators and consultants; managers and organizers; collaborators and coordinator; as well as observers and researchers. The results highlight the ＂ six in one ＂ function of community health services, and are in accord with the realistic demands of community nurses.
