摘　　要：进度管理在电力工程EPC总承包项目管理中处于极其关键的地位，本文以多年来电力工程EPC总承包项目管理的实践为基本经验，通过具体论述电力工程EPC总承包项目的特点、进度管理的意义、主要职责、控制方法、管理控制重点等，提出了在电力工程EPC总承包项目管理中进度管理存在的问题及建议，以期对以后的管理有积极的借鉴、参考作用。Schedule management in power engineering in the EPC contracting project management in a very critical position, this paper EPC contractor for many years power engineering project management practices as the basic experience, discusses the power project through specific features of the project EPC contractor, meaning progress management, the main responsibilities, control ways, management control focus and other proposed projects in power EPC contractor in the progress of the project management problems in the management and recommendations to management on a positive future reference, reference.
