论大学对学生承担侵权责任的理论依据

摘　　要：我国的法律法规虽然对大学里学生出现或可能出现的侵权事故作出了规定,但是在高校的教学管理实践中并未得到很好的贯彻,大学对学生的侵权事件仍然层出不穷。因此应该重视大学对其学生的侵权责任及具体的作为义务,并在法学理论上找到支撑,以更好地构建和谐校园。Although the laws and regulations of China lay out stipulation for the students＇ tort case happened or possibly happened in university, they cant be better carried out in the university teaching practice management, and the students＇tort cases emerge one after another. Therefore, we should attach importance to the university＇s obligation for the students＇tort responsibilities, and find support in law theory in order to build harmonious campus better.
