摘　　要：目的:探讨空心加压螺纹钉治疗股骨颈骨折及股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法:对运用空心加压螺纹钉治疗股骨颈骨折及股骨粗隆间骨折59例进行随访分析,其中,股骨颈骨折36例,股骨粗隆间骨折23例。平均随访3年2个月。结果:股骨颈骨折愈合率94.4%,股骨头缺血坏死发生率16.7%。股骨粗隆间骨折全部达骨性愈合,无下肢短缩和髋内翻畸形。结论:闭合复位空心加压螺纹钉治疗新鲜股骨颈骨折和股骨粗隆间骨折疗效可靠,手术简便快捷,创伤少,固定牢,愈合快,术后并发症少,是可以提倡的治疗方法。Objective：Explore the clinical curative effect of hollow compresion screws in the treatment of femoral neck fractures and intertrochanteric fractures.Methods：To 59 cases of hollow compresion screws in the treatment of femoral neck fractures and intertrochanteric fractures were folowed up analysis.Femoral neck fractures 3 cases,intertrochanteric fractures 23 cases.Results：The average follow-up of 3 years,two months.3 cases of femoral neck fractures patients healed rate 94.4%,avascular necrosis of the femoral head incidence 16.7%;all 23 cases of intertrochanteric fractures got bony union,no lower limbs shortening and coxa vara.Conclusion：Treatment of femoral neck fractures and intertrochanteric fractures with compressed hollow screws was a effective,rapid recover,simple and rapid,quick incision healing and less complications method.
