中西医结合治疗有精神病性症状的抑郁症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合治疗有精神病性症状抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:将82例符合CCMD-3诊断标准有精神病性症状的抑郁症随机分为中西医结合组42例和中医组40例,观察6周,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定疗效。结果:治疗组显效率80.95%,高于对照组的65.00%,但差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.66,P>0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗有精神病性症状的抑郁症安全、有效。Objective：To explore the efficacy of the combination of TCM and western medicine on treating psychotic depression.Methods：82 psychotic depression patients who met CCMD-3 criteion were randomly divided into the combination of TCM and western medicine group and TCM group by 6-week observation,we measured the efficacy with HAMD.Results：The efficacy had significant difference between TCM and western medicine group and TCM group.Conclusion：The study proved that TCM and western medicine on treating psychotic depression.Was a safe and effective antidepressant.
