摘　　要：现今气象法规日益完备,气象行政执法体系逐步跟进,但气象执法的环境状况较差,区域性太强,行政执法力度难以保证,存在有法难依的状况;行政执法人员队伍素质不高,执法不严,造成普遍的执法不力;气象法宣传力度小,普法范围面小渠窄;行政执法监督体系乏力,需要建立必要的监督机制。Nowadays meteorological law was increasingly complete and the system of meteorological regulations enforcement was gradually developed. But the meteorological enforcement environmental conditions are poorer, and the administrative enforcement strength could not be guaranteed, and in some cases, there was difficult in law enforcement. The administrative law enforcement personnel team quality is not high, with poor law enforcement strength. The meteorological law propagation was not enough, with poor popularizing law. The supervision system on administrative enforcement is not well equipped and it is necessary to establish supervision mechanism.
