哮喘复方贴膏经皮渗透研究

摘　　要：目的:研究哮喘复方中延胡索乙素经皮渗透特性。方法:采用Valia-Chien静态扩散池法进行体外透皮实验,并通过HPLC法测定接收液中延胡索乙素的含量。结果:对Q-t线性回归,延胡索浸膏:Q平均=761.07t-2420,R2=0.9935,JS平均=761.07μg/(cm2·h),Ts平均=3.18h,24h累积量15505.8μg/cm2,24h透过率:13.60%;哮喘复方浸膏:Q平均=11.203t-16.596,R2=0.9947,JS平均=11.203μg(/cm·2h),TS平均=1.48h,24h累积量1991.707μg/cm2,24h透过率:1.90%。结论:复方中的细辛、白芥子、甘遂等成分对延胡索乙素经皮渗透有显著影响,复方中的延胡索透皮时滞较延胡索提前1.7小时,稳态时的透皮速率为单方1.47%,降低了98.5%,24小时累积量为单方的12.84%,24小时透过率为单方的13.97%。Objective：To study the pereutaneous permeability of asthma compound plaster. Methods： Skin permeation test in vitro through mouse were carried out by Valia-Chien static diffusion cell method,and contents of tetrahydropalmatine was assaied by high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）. Results：Yanhusuo extract in Q-t linear regression： Q-average=761.07t-2420 R^2=0.9935,Js- average=761.07μg/（cm^2·h）, Ts-average=3.18h, 24h accumulation was 15505.8μg/cm^2,24h transmittance was13.60%. Compound asthma extract：Q-average=11.203t-16.596R^2=0.9947,Js-average=11.203μg/（cm^2·h）,Ts-average=1.48 （h）,24h accumulation was 1991.707μg/ cm^2,24h transmittance was 1.90%. Conclusion：Asarum,white mustard seed,euphorbia and other components of asthma compound plaster significantly affect on tetrahydropalmatine percutaneous penetration,and the transdermal delay time of corydalis in asthma compound plaster advance ahead of 1.7 hours than that of corydalis. Steady state penetration rate is 1.47% of single prescription,which is reduced by 98.5%. 24h accumulation is 12.84% of single prescription, and 24h transmittance is 13.97% of single prescription.
