大学生模块化培养模式的多目标决策评价研究*——以山东经济学院工商管理类专业为例

摘　　要：2004年以来,山东经济学院工商管理学院实施了突出大学生创新精神和实践能力的模块化人才培养新模式,为追踪学院毕业生实践能力和创新精神的提高情况,文章利用多目标决策夹角余弦法进行评价,研究的结果表明,按模块化教学方案培养出来的大学毕业生的综合评价得分平均比按普通教学方案培养出来的大学毕业生的综合评价得分高28.57%左右。Modular Education mode is a new teaching method to train students＇ creative and practical ability by designing different teaching modules. Since 2004, School of Business Administration in Shandong Economic University has carried out a new talent training mode-MSE for improving college students＇ creative spirit and practical ability. This paper uses Multiple Objective Method to evaluate college graduates＇ creative spirit and practical ability. The results show that college graduates＇ average score trained by using modular education mode is 30 percent higher than college graduates＇ average score trained by use general education mode.
