摘　　要：慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一种致残率和死亡率较高的常见病。吸烟是引起COPD的主要病因之一。戒烟可预防COPD和减缓疾病进展,是减少COPD危险因素的有效方法。本文综述戒烟在COPD治疗中的作用及戒烟药物的相关临床疗效评价。Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） is a common disease with significant disability rate and mortality. Smoking continues to be a major cause of COPD. As a simple way to reduce exposure to COPD risk factors, smoking cessation can prevent the development of COPD effectively. This review summarizes the effects of smoking cessation in the treatment of COPD and smoking cessation drugs.
