摘　　要：目的探索二硫杂环并吡咯酮类化合物ZL-004对正常小鼠及环磷酰胺和5-氟尿嘧啶引起的白细胞减少模型小鼠骨髓造血功能的影响。方法正常小鼠和白细胞减少模型小鼠经小分子化合物ZL-004灌胃,计数外周血白细胞、骨髓细胞及骨髓单个核细胞集落培养数。结果小分子化合物ZL-004可升高小鼠外周血白细胞和骨髓细胞数,显著增加骨髓单个核细胞体外形成集落的能力。结论二硫杂环并吡咯酮类化合物ZL-004可促进骨髓造血细胞的分化,增加外周血白细胞数,并可对抗化疗药物的细胞毒性。Objective To observe the effect of ZL-004 on bone marrow haematopoiesis in normal mice and leucopenia models induced by cyclophosphamide or 5-fluorouracil. Methods The number of peripheral leukocytes, bone marrow cells and the colony forming units （CFUs） from separated mono nuclear cell （MNC） were examined. Results Compound ZL-004 increased the mice peripheral leukocytes, bone marrow cells and CFUs of MNC. Conclusion ZL-004 could improve proliferation of bone marrow cells, increase peripheral leukocytes and may protect mice against cytoxic drugs.
