摘 要:建立了同轴式电容器传感器的数学模型,计算了谷物含水率与传感器电容值之间的关系;通过与标准电容充放电时间差值比较得到含水率与充放电产生的矩形脉冲信号宽度之间的对应关系,并据此设计出直流脉冲冲宽度调速鼓风机的控制信号发生器,实现了谷物含水量对干燥要求的控制,对设计出高精度实用新型自动干燥机具有很好的参考意义和实用价值。The mathematical model for the coaxial capacitance sensor is established in the article for the calculation of the graphical relationship between the grain moisture content and the capacitance value of the sensor. The corresponding relationship between the moisture content and the matrix pulsation signal breadth generated during the charge & discharge will be obtained through the comparison with the standard charge & discharge time difference of the capacitor, and based on that a controlling signal generator with DC pulsation breadth adjusting the speed of the fan is designed to control the moisture content of the grain, which will be quite helpful and valuable for the invention of a new type of practical and highly accurate automatic dryer.
