摘  要:采用一步法制备了铈改性SBA-15分子筛(Ce-SBA-15),进一步用硫酸浸渍处理改性分子筛以增强分子筛表面的酸活性中心。以改性材料为催化剂催化合成乙酸正丁酯,考察了催化剂的制备条件。实验结果表明,将铈改性SBA-15分子筛以1 mol/L硫酸浸渍后,在500℃条件下焙烧3 h,用于合成乙酸正丁酯,反应2 h后,酯化率可达到97.28%。Cerium-incorporated SBA-15 molecular sieves(Ce-SBA-15) were successfully synthesized by a one-step direct synthesis method. Ce- SBA-15 molecular sieves have been modified subsequently by an incipient wetness impregnation technique in dilute sulphuric acid, which increases the acid strength of the surface. Their catalytic performances in the esterification reaction of n-butyl alcohol and acetic acid were investigated. Experimental results showed that dipping Ce- SBA-15 in sulfuric acid of lmol/L, baked forl80 rain at 500℃, the reaction time of esterification 120 min,the yield of n-butyl acetate can reach 97.28% under the optimum conditions.
