哈大齐工业走廊工业经济发展瓶颈问题探析

摘　　要：哈大齐工业走廊的工业基础十分雄厚,为我国经济建设做出了重大的贡献。但是,在哈大齐工业走廊的建设过程中,其工业经济内部存在着产业链条较短、内部结构不合理、新兴产业比重较低、产业同构化严重、高端人才短缺、资金来源渠道单一等瓶颈问题。文章在分析上述问题的基础上提出了解决这些问题的途径主要有培育产业集群、发展新兴产业、实施产业结构调整、加强人才培养、拓宽投融资渠道等。The region of Ha-Da-Qi Industrial Corridor is a solid industrial basis and it has contributed a lot to the economic growth for China.However,there are still some bottleneck problems such as short industrial chains,irrational inner structure,lower proportion of new industries,similar structure of industry,lack of intellects with high-end techniques and the sole capital source during the construction of the Ha-Da-Qi Industrial Corridor.On the basis of analyzing the above problems,this paper puts forward some measures to solve these problems,including cultivating industrial cluster,developing new industries,implementing industrial restructuring,cultivating talents,broadening investment channel and financial sources.
