摘　　要：从个人破产的定义出发,分析反对我国应建立个人破产制度的四个代表性观点,进而强调建立我国个人破产法律制度的必要性,并着重从有利于在经济转型时期中克服金融危机、活络经济交易、逐步完善的个人财产登记制度和个人信用体系等角度,探讨我国建立个人破产法律制度的可行性,达到证明我国建立个人破产法律制度的必要性和可行性的目的。This paper makes an analysis of the four representative views which go against the establishment of personal bankruptcy system in China to stress the importance of the legal system of personal bankruptcy.It also explores the feasibility of the establishment of personal bankruptcy system which helps to overcome financial crisis in economic transformation and activate economic transactions and gradually improve the personal property registration system and individual credit system.Therefore,it is necessary and feasible to establish personal bankruptcy system in China.
