摘　　要：目的:制定过敏性紫癜中医诊疗指南。方法:采用德尔菲(Delphi)法,在第一轮专家问卷的基础上,编制过敏性紫癜中医诊疗指南第二轮专家问卷,向全国40位专家发送调查问卷,对回收的34份有效问卷进行分析。结果:在临床表现指标中,红色斑丘疹、下肢及臀部多见等9项指标符合均数>1.5,等级和>50,变异系数<0.4。在证型指标中,风热伤络、血热妄行的均数、等级和值最高,其变异系数最小。结论:在临床表现方面,红色斑丘疹、下肢及臀部多见等9项指标专家意见的集中程度及协调程度均较高。在证候分型方面,专家意见比较集中,仅对湿热痹阻证存在分歧,需进一步评价。Objective： To develop the guide to Chinese Medicine Clinic of anaphylactoid purpura.Methods： Delphi method,in the first questionnaires,based on the preparation of Chinese medicine treatment of allergic purpura,guide the second round of expert questionnaire sent to 40 experts,nationwide survey on the recovery of 34 valid questionnaires were analysed.Results： The clinical performance indicators,the red maculopapule,leg and hip more common such as 9 indicators in line with consistent the mean 1.5,grade sum50,the coefficient of variation 0.4.In the card-type indicators,wind-heat injury contact,the mean blood heat regime＇s reckless,rank sum the highest,the smallest coefficient of variation.Conclusion： In clinical performance,red rash,leg and hip more common indicators such as nine expert advice and coordination of the concentration levels are high.Hou typing in the card,the expert opinion concentrated,heat only,Blockage card differences,needs further evaluation.
