血栓通结合早期康复治疗急性脑梗塞的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨血栓通结合早期康复治疗急性脑梗塞的临床疗效。方法:将136例急性脑梗塞患者随机分为治疗组(70例)及对照组(66例),分别给予血栓通和复方丹参液治疗。治疗前及治疗后30 d分别评价两组患者的神经功能缺损程度、运动功能及ADL。结果:所有受试者治疗后神经功能缺损积分均明显减少,运动功能、ADL积分均明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的变化均数相比,血栓通组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血栓通结合早期康复训练联合治疗急性脑梗塞安全、有效。Objective： To study the clinical effect of xueshuantong in combination with rehabilitation for the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction（ACI）.Methods： 136 patients diagnosed as ACI were randomly divided treatment group and control group,receiving treatment of xueshuantong and fufang danshen injection respectively.Neurological deficits,motor function and ADL of all the patients were assessed before and after 30 d of the therapy.Results： The neurological deficits scores were reduced,while motor function and activities of daily living were increased after therapy in the two groups.The difference was significant（P0.05）.The scores in rehabilitation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： Xueshuantong in combination with early rehabilitation is effective and safe for ACI.
