牛黄痔清栓治疗肛隐窝炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察牛黄痔清栓治疗肛隐窝炎的临床疗效。方法:46例肛隐窝炎患者应用高锰酸钾-温开水(1∶5 000)肛门局部坐浴后,均给予牛黄痔清栓纳肛,日1次,观察其临床疗效。结果:治愈率占70%;有效率占26%;无效率占4%。结论:牛黄痔清栓直接作用于病变局部,能明显改善肛门灼热、坠胀感,具有清热解毒祛湿,消肿止痛的作用,牛黄痔清栓治疗肛隐窝炎具有效果良好,且使用方便,安全可靠,无不良反应等优点。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy on the anus cain nest Treated with Niuhuang Zhiqing shuan.Methods： After 46 patients of the anus cain nest used PP Powder-water（1∶5 000）baths the anal canal,To everyone with the Niuhuang Zhiqing shuan into the anal canal every one time,Observe the clinical effect.Results： Cure patients account for 70%,Treatment of patients account for 26%,Inefficiently account for 4%.Conclusion： Niuhuang Zhiqing shuan direct effects on the local,Can greatly improve the rectum and feels hot from any,having effects of Clear hot,relieve poison,dispelling damp,and reduce swollen,legs pain and so on,Niuhuang Zhiqing shuan have advantages of a good effect,and safe,reliable,and no adverse reaction.
