摘　　要：目的:观察针刺拮抗肌腧穴治疗偏瘫患者上肢肌痉挛的疗效。方法:78例脑卒中致上肢肌痉挛患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组采用传统针刺疗法,治疗组采用针刺拮抗肌腧穴疗法。结果:对照组有效率76.9%,治疗组有效率92.0%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺拮抗肌腧穴治疗脑卒中致上肢肌痉挛疗效显著。Objective： To observe the effect of acupuncture cutem in treating hemiplegia antagonism muscle spasm of the upper muscle patients.Methods： There were 78 cases of upper limb muscle spasm stroke patients randomly divided into treatment group and control group on average.Control group were Using traditional acupuncture group.treatment group cutem were treated by antagonist muscle.Results： The control group was 76.95%,efficient rate in the treatment was 92.0%,two groups was statistically significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion： The acupuncture antagonism cutem therapy muscle spasm of upper limb muscles cerebral apoplexy in clinical curative effect is distinct,suitable for promotion.
