摘　　要：目的:探讨中医药治疗帕金森病的经验。方法:应用计算机检索近20年的有关中医药治疗帕金森病的研究原著80篇,61篇符合标准,对其进行整理分析。结果:当代中医对帕金森病的病因病机、治疗用药等各方面进行了大量的研究,取得了巨大的成就。结论:应针对本病特点,制定出中医学的诊断、辨证和疗效标准,着重于严格按照医学科研方法设计,进行大样本、多中心、随机、前瞻性研究,为最终的临床疗效提供科学依据。Objective：To investigate TCM treatment of Parkinson＇s disease experience.Methods：Application of the computer search the past 20 years about the Chinese medicine treatment of Parkinson＇s disease original articles 80,61 was sorted and analyzed which meets a criterion.Results：Contemporary Chinese medicine in Parkinson＇s disease pathogenesis,drug treatment and other aspects of a large number of studies,and achieved great success.Conclusion：We should work out the traditional Chinese medicine standard of diagnosis,dialectical and curative effect according to the characteristic of Parkinson＇s disease,and provide a scientific basis for clinical curative effect through focuses on medical research designed in strict accordance with,the large sample,multi-center,randomized prospective study.
