利用政务外网建设 推进跨部门协同办公的思考

摘　　要：部门间信息共享和业务协同是未来电子政务应用的一个主要方面,随着山西政务外网平台建设的加快,为山西跨部门协同办公创造了条件。对如何推动跨部门协同办公,提高办事效率,实现部门间工作流程以及管理机制协调统一等做了探讨和思考,并为协同办公建设提出措施和建议。Information sharing and business collaboration among sectors is a major aspect for future e-government application. As the Shanxi government to speed up the construction of external network platform, the conditions of cross-department coordination work are creat- ed. This article has a discussion on howto coordination work,improve business efficiency and achieve harmonization of workflow and management system.and some measures and suggestions are induced in the article.
