摘　　要：随着世界经济的不断发展,对非物质文化遗产的保护在世界范围内引起了广泛的关注。文章以非物质文化遗产保护的重要意义为出发点,分析非物质文化遗产保护中面临的难点,提出了对我国非物质文化遗产必须要加强立法保护,建立、健全非物质文化遗产的知识产权保护制度,并且需要建立科学合理的管理机制,进一步提高全民保护意识等保护措施。With the development of the world economy,the widespread interest to the non-material cultural heritage protection has been raised in the worldwide.This article takes the non-material cultural heritage protection vital significance as a starting point,analyzes the difficultes which in the non-material cultural heritage protection,proposed non-material cultural heritage protection should adopt the suitable countermeasure,strengthen the legislation protection,establishing the intellectual property rights protection system and establishing the science reasonable management mechanism,further enhancing the protect consciousness of the people.
