摘　　要：文章以体现循环经济的基本理念为宗旨,以系统、完整的度量、指标数据的可获得、可比较为原则,构建循环经济的指标体系,并对各指标进行解释,以期促进循环经济理论体系的建设和完善。Taking manifesting basic idea of circular economy as the objective,following the principle of systematical and complete measuring,available and comparable index data,to construct index system of circular economy and explain various index system to promote the construction and consummation of theoretical system of circular economy.
