摘 要:通过试验考察了螺旋升流式反应器(SUFR)系统中活性污泥的特性及ρ(CODCr)和污泥龄(SRT)对反硝化除磷稳定性的影响.结果表明:SUFR系统的活性污泥指数(SVI)介于50~150 mL/g;污泥活性均在0.75以上;污泥颗粒直径多在0.7~0.9 mm,属于小颗粒污泥;污泥沉降性能良好.污泥的比硝化速率(SNR)约为1.95 mg/(g.h),前0.5 h的比厌氧释磷速率(SPRR0.5)为26.82 mg/(g.h),比好氧吸磷速率(ASPUR)为6.04 mg/(g.h),比缺氧吸磷速率(NSPUR)为4.27mg/(g.h),污泥产率系数约为0.60,对氮磷均有较好的去除能力.SUFR系统反硝化吸磷作用对ρ(CODCr)和SRT都有一定的抗冲击能力,系统除磷效果对进水ρ(CODCr)的耐冲击负荷能力较高,但长期在较低SRT下运行会使系统内活性污泥量急剧降低,导致处理效果下降.The characteristics of activated sludge and effects of influent CODCr and SRT on stability of denitrifying phosphorus removal in a SUFR system were studied.The results obtained were as follows: the SVI was between 50 to 150 mL/g;sludge activity was all over 0.75;sludge grain diameter was mostly between 0.7 to 0.9 mm,which was small grain sludge;and,sludge settling ability was good.Further results were as follows: SNR of the sludge was about 1.95 mg/(g.h);SPRR0.5 was 26.82 mg/(g.h);ASPUR was 6.04 mg/(g.h);NSPUR was 4.27 mg/(g.h);the sludge yield coefficient was about 0.60;and,the SUFR system had a higher removal ability of nitrogen and phosphorus.Denitrifying phosphorus removal in the SUFR system had some shock resistance of influent CODCr and SRT.Phosphorus removal effect had a higher shock resistance of influent CODCr,but the phosphorus removal effects would be decreased over long-term operation on a lower SRT because of a dramatic decrease of activated sludge quantity.
