摘 要:以钢铁盐酸酸洗废液和氯化铝为原料,制备了系列Fe2+改性聚合氯化铝(Fe2+-PAC)。通过红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪、电子显微镜的综合分析,表明将Fe2+引入聚合氯化铝(PAC)并非简单的混合,而是发生了一定的相互作用,其聚集体粗短紧实,形貌规整,尺寸较大且均匀;新型Fe2+-PAC对造纸废水的处理效果优于传统的PAC,在其最佳投加量2.0 mmol/L条件下,浊度、色度、COD去除率分别为93.09%、78.57%、51.65%。A series of ferrous-modified polyaluminium chloride(Fe2+-PAC) were prepared with aluminums chloride and the waste liquor from the steel-cleaning in hydrochloric acid.From the comprehensive analysis by FTIR,X-ray diffraction and electron-microscope,it was found that Fe2+ and PAC were not simply mixed,but interacted with each other.The morphology of aggregate was stubby,compacted,uniform and large sized.The treatment efficiency for the papermaking wastewater showed that the new kind of Fe2+-PAC was better than the traditional PAC.The turbidity,color and COD removal ratios were 93.09%,78.57%,51.65% under the optimal dose of 2.0 mmol/L.
