摘 要:为缩短占用井筒影响时间,实施给煤机硐室和溜煤眼同时施工。采用从下向上打眼放炮普通法施工,利用主斜井井筒原有施工设备出矸,减少运输环节、加快提升速度;在原有支护设计的基础上,将给煤机硐室直墙部分支护方式由浇注混凝土调整为喷射混凝土,避免了气候条件对施工进度的影响,缩短了施工工期,同时制定了其他相关安全保障措施,从而形成了一套系统的井底溜煤眼及给煤机硐室的快速施工技术,为今后溜煤眼及给煤机硐室快速施工积累了丰富的经验。In order to shorten the influence time to occupy the mine shaft and to implement the simultaneous constructions of the coal feeder chamber and the coal chute, a conventional drilling and blasting method with the borehole drilling from bottom level to top level was applied to the construction and the previous construction equipment of the mine main inclined shaft was applied to discharge the coal rejects which could reduce the transportation links and speed up the hoisting velocity. Base on the previous support design, the support mode of the vertical wall of the feeder chamber was changed from the pouring concrete to shotcrete in order to avoid the weather conditions affected to the construction schedule to reduce the construction period. Meanwhile, the measures related to other safety protection were made and therefore a completed set system of the rapid construction technology was formed for the coal chute and coal feeder chamber in the mine shaft bottom and would be the rich experiences for the rapid construction of the future coal chute and coal feeder chamber.
