摘 要:为了利用高铁高砂的劣质煤矸石,文章介绍了以六盘水矿区的煤矸石为主要原料,采用酸浸、碱熔预处理和水热合成的方法制备出4A沸石的实验。实验运用X射线多晶衍射仪(XRD)与扫描电子显微镜(SEM)进行了过程跟踪,实验结果表明:采用该劣质煤矸石为原料合成的产物为纯净的4A沸石,其粒度分布均匀,晶形完好。In order to utilize the poor rank coal rejects with high iron and high sand contents, the paper introduced the coal rejects from Liupanshui Mining Area as the main raw material and the experiment of the 4A zeolite prepared with the acid leaching, alkali dissolving pretreatment and hydrothermal synthesis method. The XRD and SEM was applied to trace the process of the experiment. The experiment results showed that the purified 4A zeolite as the synthetic products made of the poor rank coal rejects as the raw material would have well distributed particles and well crystal shape.
