摘　　要：哥本哈根会议过后,低碳经济成为热门,煤炭作为高碳行业,发展低碳经济是必由之路。煤炭企业应通过调整产业结构,从传统的资源粗放经营经济增长方式向资源节约循环经营经济增长方式转变,发展循环经济、绿色经济、生态经济和低碳经济。文章立足于淮南矿区低碳经济发展成果,将煤炭企业发展低碳经济分为宏观和微观两部分进行延伸探讨。After the COP15 United Nations Climate Change Conference Copenhagen 2009, the low carbon economy became a hot issue. The development of the low carbon economy for the coal industry as the high carbon industry would be the road one must get through. The coal enterprise should adjust the industrial structures, transfer from the traditional resources extensive management economic growth mode to the resources conservation circulated management economic growth mode, develop the circulated economy, green economy, ecological economy and low carbon economy. Base on the low carbon economic development achievements in Huainan Mining Area, the paper had a detail discussion on the macro and micro sections of the low carbon economy developed in the coal enterprise.
