摘　　要：从温病基本病机(正邪交争与正气受损、热郁瘀相关病机)、系统病机(卫气营血辨证和三焦辨证)及症状病机(温热与湿热、新感与伏气、温疫与温毒)论述温病证候病机学内容,以丰富和促进温病病机病理学的研究和临床运用的发展。Treat the syndrome pathogenesis for febrile disease from the basic pathogenesis of febrile disease （good and evil and cross-competition,righteousness damage、pathogenesis-related to pathogenic heat ,depression of Qi and blood stasis） 、the system pathogenesis （differentiation of Wei-Qi-Ying-Xue and Triple Burner syndrome） ,the pathogenesis of diagnostic （warmth and heat,damp heat、acute and seasonl febrile disease,insidious pathogen 、infectious epidemic disease and virulent heat pathogen） , in order to enrich and promote the research and clinical application development of the febrile disease pathogenesis pathology.
