中药治疗柯萨奇B病毒性心肌炎的研究进展

摘　　要：综述了近年关于中医药治疗柯萨奇B病毒性心肌炎的实验及临床研究。研究包括单味中药(以黄芪、西洋参、人参等为主)、中药复方(中药传统方剂及自拟方)治疗本病的情况。实验研究方面从保护心肌、抑制病毒复制和免疫治疗三方面进行较深入的研究,临床研究方面从该病的分期入手论述了中药的显著疗效,同时也指出了存在的问题及今后研究方向。The article is summarized the advancement of experimental and clinical studies on the Traditional Chinese Herbs （TCH） to cure Viral Myocarditis （VM） induced by Coxsackievirus B. Single Chinese herbs,such as Astragalus,American ginseng,Radix ginseng,and some compound formulae,containing Traditional and Self-designed prescriptions,are included to treat VM in this article. These lab-studies suggested that TCH can protect the cardio-myocyte,inhibit the proliferation of CVB3 and adjust immune functions. These clinical studies confirmed that the effects of TCH are very predominant on the three Stages of this disease. The article also pointed out the questions and research directions in future.
