摘　　要：大学生是我国智力资源的重要组成部分,开发大学生信息能力并加强其建设,是提高知识资源利用率,发挥图书馆社会职能的有效途径。本文运用管理学的SWOT分析理论,全面分析了图书馆知识资源利用率的优势、劣势、威胁、机遇,并在此基础上提出了应该采取的发展策略。Undergraduates are an important part of intelligence resources in China.Developing the information competence of undergraduates and strengthening its construction are an effective way to increase the utilization ratio of knowledge resources and bring the social functions of the library into play.By the use of the SWOT analysis theory of management science,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the advantages,disadvantages,threats and opportunities in the utilization ratio of library knowledge resources,and on this basis,puts forward the development strategies which should be adopted.
