关于国防科技用户信息的知识化组织问题研究

摘　　要：知识组织是实现知识服务的重要基础。用户信息资源是国防科技信息资源的有机组成部分,必须以知识组织的思路和方法进行管理,才能发挥其应用的价值。本文研究了国防科技用户信息组织的发展脉络、知识服务对用户信息的知识化组织要求,提出了用户信息知识化组织的内容架构及其重点任务,并在上述研究的基础上,提出对国防科技用户信息资源管理工作的若干建议。Knowledge organization is an important basis for the implementation of knowledge service.User information resources are an organic part of defense ST information resources.Only when they are also managed by the thought and method of knowledge organization can their application value be given to play.This paper studies the development process of the organization of informatioo of defense ST information users as well as the requirement of knowledge service for knowledge organization of user information.The paper puts forward the content framework and key tasks of the knowledge organization of user information.!Based on the above research,the paper gives some suggestions for the management of information resources of defense ST information users.
