摘　　要：[目的] 研究石棉工人心肺代偿能力。[方法] 对照组和三组石棉工人(AO,AI,AII)进行运动心肺功能试验。[结果] 与对照组相比,石棉工人之Wm ax,VO2m ax,VO2m ax/kg 均明显降低(P< 0.05),VO2m ax 与DI呈负相关,与BR呈正相关;石棉工人组间比较:AII组之Wm ax,VO2m ax,VO2m ax/kg 小于A1 组,A1组小于AO组,经t检验及F检验,其组间差异有显著意义(P< 0.05);[结论] 提示石棉粉尘严重影响作业工人运动能力。Objective]To study the exercise tolerance of asbestos workers.[Methods] Three groups asbestos workers(AO.AI.AII)and control group were tested by exercise.[Results] Comparing with control,Wmax,VO 2max and VO 2max/kg in asbestos workers were decreased( P <0.05),the VO 2max correlated negatively with DI( r =-0.9364)and positively with BR( r =0.9167).Among the groups of asbestos werkers,VO 2max in AO was close to that in normal group,Wmax and VO 2max in AII was less than in AI and they are the highest in AO( P <0.05).[Conclusions] It was suggested that the asbestos dusts affected the exercise tolerance of asbestos workers,and exercise testing is beneficial to reflecting the compensative tolerance of respiratory function.
