摘　　要：对老旧遥控回路提出了改进,新增手动把手、同期合闸压板、闭锁同期压板、防误电子锁和遥控压板等功能。分析了每种新增回路的工作原理及特点并结合其设置目的,对断路器遥控回路提出了同期合闸采样功能/精度、电压闭锁、压差闭锁、频差闭锁及角差闭锁的校验方案。通过对改造后4个220 kV变电站近一年遥控操作情况的跟踪统计,新遥控回路运行正常,没有发生误分闸、误合闸事故,证明了新遥控回路的可靠性以及校验方案的正确有效性。New functions are added to remote control circuit,such as manual handle,synchronous switch -on enabling,synchronous switch-on disabling,error-prevention electronic lock and remote control enabling, and their operating principles and features are analyzed. The checkout scheme for synchronous switch-on function/accuracy,voltage blocking,differential voltage blocking,differential frequency blocking and differential phase-angle blocking is proposed. The statistics of remote control operations in four 220 kV substations for nearly one year show that ,the new remote control circuit functions properly ,without any misoperation,verifying the reliability of improvement and the effectiveness of checkout scheme.
